even though this is a strapless sundress, it’s the perfect autumn dress since it kinda has a dead leaves print motif with brown, green, yellow & orange hues. i threw in the leopard print belt just for a little print mixing :)

by now, everyone recognizes the ingenious print mixing of leopard & polka dots showcased by dolce & gabbana f/w 2010. i actually don’t have a true leopard top…this one is more floral in leopard colors. i’m hoping to remedy the situation & score something leopard print at tonight’s event ;)

i really do like my rendition of dolce & gabbana’s f/w 2010 look. i don’t know how my look skewed more towards vintage styling however…as that’s not a look i often incorporate into my usual daily style. however, when i saw kelly o’s new retro ponytail, i KNEW i had to recreate it! next, came the little black veil headpiece…then, it all just fell into place :)

i actually started off the day in a skirt (when it was semi-warm & semi-sunny). then, i did some t-shirt modeling for my friend’s company, antidesigns, later in the day & it was outside & then got bitterly cold. since i could take some t-shirts home, i’m actually wearing the last t-shirt i modeled (which i really liked anyway & was kind of saving it to shoot last), but you’ll have to wait for their lookbook to come out to see it :)

i’m in philly again visiting my in-laws for the eleventi-BILLIONTH time this summer :) can’t complain…there are family friends visiting & our other friends in the area…and we’re ALL about to head out to dinner this absolutely gorgeous evening!

it’s obvious that i’m a huge fan of pattern mixing. when i last wore this dress, i just put on a plain ol’ pair of gladiator sandals, however i totally forgot about these stuart weitzman leopard print heels that is totally the SAME color palette!!! crazy huh? i love the results :)

it’s such a pretty spring day, but COLD as HELL! i didn’t think i’d be pulling out a winter-weight coat this late in april. oh well, luckily i really like how the leopard & floral are the same color palette, so the mixing of prints works!
