i wasn’t sure on the whole overall green kinda look. i like a monochromatic look, but olive green? it’s not as bad as i thought it’d be :)

target olive green tights

i LOVE the heel on these boots! i also love the straps & the spats-type leather piece in front. i almost wish it wasn’t peeptoe so i could wear it well into winter.

while i like the red & gold combo of my necklace & earrings, i also like dark green & gold together, especially with fall coming up. hence, the fresh new pedicure of dark green toes (OPI here today…aragon tomorrow) & the always-popular forever 21 gold cross double ring…it’s a WIN-WIN!

now…this picture was taken in dengfeng, china a few days later after having left hong kong. the chair i’m sitting on is infinitely more grand than the outfit i’m wearing :)

even though it’s been many seasons past, i still love tassel belts. they’re easy, they’re inimitably chic & just all around fun to play with! i’m constantly swatting things with these bad boys…hahaha!

so, this might be my last outfit post for a while. i’ll be in china for 3 weeks & while i do think i’ll be able to have internet access through my hotels, the problem is that i WON’T be looking cute. you see…here’s my strategy for traveling to china (particularly hong kong). my suitcase is full of the worst of my old clothes (v-neck muscle shirts…really?), so as i wear my outfits, i get rid of them on a daily basis. by the time i head into hong kong, i should have a virtually empty suitcase…just ready to be filled with new & pretty things :) see ya’ll later!

i soooo wanted to wear this outift that i kind of forgot about the whole “wearing green” for st. patrick’s day. weeeellll, technically i *am* wearing green - lime green, seafoam green, mint green. hahaha…just not that typical leprechaun and clover shade of green. still counts right?

so, i opened up my google reader (as i tend to do quite a few times a day) & this is what caught my eye in terms of the army styling & the unique color combination. we already know that i love the color chartreuse & military jackets. hmmm…burberry prorsum F/W 2010, you are my inspiration today :)

i’ve had this fur collar for YEEEEEARS, but never really wore it all that much. see, that’s why you should never throw things away…they always come back in style :) BTW…the tag on this says “fin raccoon” as in “made in finland.” hmmm…well, aren’t *we* fancy?

i have to say that i really admire you fashionable girls who take your pictures outside. it was snowing earlier, but stopped, so i contemplated going outdoors for my outfit pic. then i remembered that i’m LAZY. ya’ll that can do it on a daily basis…mad props!
