  2. ↔ × → surprise, surprise…another necklace. this has a feather design that i thought kept with the girly, flirty theme along with the big ass bow on my dress. hahahahaha :) jennine just talked about how you dress up for thanksgiving on her blog. i definitely go for comfort, but don’t want to be slovenly either. these easy little touches like a statement necklace or an embellished t-shirt dress do the trick :)

  13. ↔ × → sorry for the crappy photos, but i HAD to share my just finished EPIC DIY project!!! plus i thought i’d pass the time by taking pics while waiting for my apple tart to bake. i took 2 items of clothing i rarely wear & combined it to make what i call my claire huxtable cape!!! i LOVE it so much & will definitely get more use out of it now! faux fur trimmed cape: hand-knit & sewn blazer:  h&m (barcelona) blouse:  target pants:  old navy boots:  alice + olivia for payless
